Highly recommend!

Jim Jones as a Servsafe instructor. I was so nervous because I didn’t think I studied enough. But, he went over all of the materials from the book again and I had the chance to ask as many questions as needed. He explained everything so clearly and I felt more confident and prepared taking the exam after he finished his presentation. I passed on my first try thanks to his expert guidance!

Absolutely!

I was searching for Proctors for the ServSafe Manager License exam when I came across James (Jim) Jones from Badger Food Service Consulting. From the very beginning, Jim was incredibly accommodating to our needs. He offered to host an on-site class for our team and even made his monthly class available as an additional option.

Jim’s professionalism, prompt communication, and exceptional attention to detail truly set him apart. He went above and beyond by personally delivering the textbooks two weeks before the exam and later hand-delivering the certificates. Those extra touches made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for ServSafe Manager training or food safety support. I look forward to working with him again as we continue getting more of our team certified and building a safer kitchen.

It was time to renew my Manager’s Food Safety Certificate, and I looked on the National Restaurant Association website for upcoming classes.

Luckily I found one in Sturtevant through Badger Food Service Consulting. I had some questions so I called and spoke with Jim and he let me know that the fees listed included the class materials, and he would ship them out, or offered to even drop them off for me! The book arrived quickly.

I attended the class and Jim was friendly and knowledgeable, shared his experience and answered any questions I had. I found he provided classes at a variety of area locations, which may be more convenient than Milwaukee or Madison.

The class was run efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Jim and Badger Food Service Consulting for your food safety certification needs.

After the test, Jim followed up and offered to print or email my certificate for me as well. He also provided a Hours of Training form for use in Illinois, which I was not aware of, but will need as I do provide food service in Illinois as well as Wisconsin.
